CSLRA Fall Meeting/Train Ride 2010
Members and Associates of the California Shortline Railroad Association met in Sacramento November 11-12, 2010 for a short meeting followed by a train trip aboard a Union Pacific Special to Reno and back.

The California Zephyr Railcar Charter's Silver Lariat dome car was the only non-UP car in the consist.
The route took us over Donner Pass.
The Amtrak station in Reno is "in the trench."
