CSLRA urges opposition to SB 120
The CSLRA Board of Directors urges members and friends of CSLRA to oppose SB 120. SB 120 would move the goal posts on infrastructure projects and force new, undefined, open-ended reviews to delay needed water, energy &, transportation projects. CEQA and the courts already provide a lengthy, robust environmental review process for projects. At the very least a proposal such as SB 120 should be debated in the legislature per normal process and not jammed through in the waning hours of 2-year legislative session.
Contact your state senator immediately and ask that they oppose SB 120. Also add your voice to the list of opposition emails at this link.
